  • Preconstruction

  • Construction

Initial Planning

This stage involves assessing client requirements and developing a detailed design brief. Key features and risk items are identified, and the site location is evaluated. Specifications and materials are chosen, budget controls are set, and a proposed timeframe is established, laying a solid foundation for the project.

Preconstruction

In this stage we focus on scheduling and planning. Detailed project schedules ensure timely completion of tasks. We integrate necessary authority applications, coordinate with consultants, and develop inspection test plans. Financial and budget plans are confirmed, and contracts are reviewed, culminating in a pre-construction meeting.

Construction

During this stage we emphasize site safety, resource allocation, and clear communication. Project Management includes trade interface, quality control, risk management, material coordination, and program control. Regular progress reviews and financial controls keep the project on track, with design management and construction inspections ensuring high standards.

Project Closeout

This stage ensures a smooth transition to project handover. We secure authority approvals, manage defects, provide operation- maintenance manuals, warranties, and insurances. A project review is conducted to evaluate outcomes and gather insights for future improvements. By following this streamlined process, Hyla Projects guarantees a seamless and efficient construction experience.
